Foreigners need to present their present address

The Cambodian government has announced a new mobile app, the FPCS-GDI, or “Foreigner Presence in Cambodia System” for Android, iOS, and desktop. From July 1, 2020, foreigners who are not registered in the database will not be allowed to extend their visas.

FPCS (Foreigners Present in Cambodia System) app is to manage foreigners' information regarding their stay in Cambodia. It will record foreign information when they arrive in Cambodia at any entry point. It will also record their data when they leave Cambodia. The main purpose of FPCS is to protect foreigner safety and security in case of emergency when they are traveling throughout Cambodia.

There are 6 steps according to the app.

Create an account (Phone number, Password)
Upload passport copy
Verify information
Enter a valid phone number and password
Verify
Can add information for accommodation. Done
